水工用silicon把洗脸池上的洞堵起来，这样做正确吗？

洗脸池上面有个漏水的洞，就是那种如果水池水满了可以溢出的那个小洞。
我们家请的水工在装洗脸池的时候用silicon把overflow的那个洞给堵住，说是水从那个洞流会把柜子弄坏。

我就不明白了，如果这个设计有问题，怎么会所有的洗脸池上面都有这个overflow的洞呢，如果装的好怎么会漏水呢？
反正是说的我一头雾水。

请明白的人指教指教吧~

不正确 可能是沒有接上overflow的管子. 这是沒办法中的办法

肯定不对啦，有overflow的basin只要配上带overflow的basin waste就好啦

晕死，我问了一下其他找这个水工做的，发现他们家的洞也是被堵住的。
而且用的还不是plumbers putty，用的是silicon，很难取下来。

难道想省下连接Overflow的管子吗？这个水工绝对有问题，这种做法是不正确的也是不允许的。

Most ceramic hand basins have its own internal/built-in overflow and a proper waste to go with it, unlike s/s kitchen sinks, you have to install overflow (piping) separately. There is absolutely no reason for him to do that. If your plumber supplied the hand basin, maybe he already knew it is a faulty product and tried to cover it up. Since he said "水从那个洞流会把柜子弄坏", I guess there is a leak from the overflow or he doesn't have a proper waste to fit.

不便宜啊，不包材料1600装个5个点。同常包工包料是350左右一个点，5个点是1750

這種做法當然是不敢恭維。有些盆設計就沒有OVERFLOW，如果不想要OVERFLOW為什麼不用那種呢?
