Mobile Phone Technician for TechPro/ OmniTech Henderson

TechPro/ OmniTech Limited is one of the fastest growing New Zealand owned and operated companies within mobile accessories and repair services. We operate more than 40 stores across New Zealand, and we are still growing.

We are currently looking for a Mobile Phone Technician to join our team in Henderson.

The main duties include:

• Trouble shooting and Repairing mobile phones of various brands like Apple, Samsung etc.
• Trouble shooting and Repairing of Apple and Samsung tablets.
• Trouble shooting and Repairing network related problems of phones, tablet
• Offering IT Support over the phone.
• Determining software and hardware requirements to provide solutions to problems.
• Installing hardware and software according to requirements.
• Ensuring efficient use of company’s equipment’s.
• Troubleshooting and resolving software issues.
• Provide customer service skills, help in selling product and service.
  

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills:

Ideally, A NZ tertiary Networking/computing qualification and 3 years of relevant work experience can substitute the requirement of a qualification or at least one-year relevant experience and tertiary qualification in networking/computing. However, we would like to take newbies and provide you the training if you are interested in learing about repairs.
Excellent knowledge of Windows and Apple operating systems.
Ability to understand schematic diagrams.
Be able to work on flexible roster including public holidays and weekends.
Focus on delivering high quality customer service with excellent communication skills.
Preferbally Mandarin speaking.
Highly motivated, proactive and customer- focus.
