About Student Allowance

HI guys,

I wonder whether or not I can get student allowance if I only have three papers in semester two this year. I have done one of my general education paper in summer school. Can I apply for a limited full time status for my application of student allowance?
I have got the student loan for this year, but I am not so sure about the student allowance.
