An exciting opportunity has been created for Sushi Maker / Cook to join the team at our highly reputable outlets follow regions:
- Auckland- Mt Roskill, Howick, Papakura, Manurewa - Clendon & Southmall, Hobsonville, Albany

We expect you:
- Have an experience in a kitchen preferred
- Must work 4-6 days per week including Saturday and Sunday
- Starting 6am in the morning or earlier
- Knowledge about Japanese Cuisine
- A high standard of person hygiene and grooming
- Food safety knowledge and awareness
- Health and safety knowledge
Duties will include: -Opening and / or closing of the shop, - Maintaining and supervising standards of service quality and food safety -Prepare, cook and serve both hot and cold meals as and when required -Ensuring that the site and equipment are well maintained and cleaned daily -Cleans food preparation areas as determined by law and company policy -Prepares specified platters for the customer -Orders to supplier -Operates various kitchen appliances such as a blender, oven, grill, or stand mixer
