Key Responsibilities

• Process wholesale orders via our B2B online portal, phone, and email

• Manage our online ordering system and ensure seamless transactions

• Generate invoices for completed orders

• Handle credit notes and customer inquiries with efficiency and professionalism

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (Chinese)

• A passion for providing outstanding customer service

• A team player with a keen eye for detail and a process-oriented mindset

• Someone who takes ownership and responsibility in their work

• A reliable self-starter with strong communication skills

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and adaptable to changing needs

• Proficient in MS Excel and comfortable with technology

  
  

Employment Details

• Location: Otahuhu, Auckland

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

• Fixed-term for 12 months, with a strong possibility of becoming a full-time position depending on future business needs and opportunities that align with your skills.
