Our company is engaged in local business in New Zealand. Due to the development needs of the company, we are now recruiting a part-time office clerk. The working hours are 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 10 am to 2 pm.
Our company is a legal company, and all paid holidays, sick leave and annual leave are strictly implemented in accordance with local laws and regulations.
Main responsibilities:
1. Process customer orders
2. Online and wholesale customer service
3. Handle daily email replies and related follow-up work
4. Operate product sales system
5. Update website and manage product content
Job requirements:
1. Fluent English (listening, speaking, reading and writing)
2. Proficient in Office software and Photoshop, as well as video production and editing software.
3. Pay attention to details, reliable, and have strong learning ability
4. Strong communication skills, strong service awareness, and positive attitude
6. The work cycle is required to be at least one year, and short-term resumes are not accepted.
We are looking for talents with good English communication skills and service awareness. Applicants should be flexible, responsible, have a good sense of time, strong execution and teamwork ability. Applicants must hold a valid New Zealand work visa.
