Class 1到底能开什么样的车？

[size=1.1em]A holder of a Class 1 full licence can drive:

• a vehicle that has a GLW or GCW of not more than 6000kg (this includes tractors or combination vehicles, but does not include motorcycles)
• a moped or all-terrain vehicle
• a tractor with a GLW of more than 6000kg but not more than 18000kg if driven at a speed not exceeding 30km/h
• a tractor/trailer combination with a GCW of more than 6000kg but not more than 25,000kg if being used in non-agricultural land management operations and driven at a speed not exceeding 30km/h
• an agricultural tractor with a GLW of not more than 18000kg or an agricultural tractor/agricultural trailer combination with a GCW of not more than 25000kg if driven at a speed not exceeding 40km/h.
• a vehicle that has a GLW or GCW of not more than 6000kg (this includes tractors and combination vehicles, but does not include motorcycles)
  

貌似GCW 6000kg以下就可以。不过怎么能知道车的GCW是多少？


比如12座的Hiace可以吗？14座的Hiace呢？12座的Transit呢？

3.5吨以上的车，挡风玻璃上都会贴load of certificate。那上面会标注车辆的GCM和GVM以及Tare.

如果挡风玻璃上没有load of certificate，那class 1驾照随便开

12坐以上的车需要p照才可以开和class 没关系了

class1+p只能开12人以下的，12人以上要class2+p

也就是说只有需要有商业行为的时候才需要P吧？假如我车上13个人都是国内过来的亲戚朋友应该是不需要的吧？

请看我6楼的回帖。  我的理解是只有在有商业行为的时候拉12个人以上才需要P。

如果我没记错，class 1 没有p 不能开12 座以上的车，以下情况可以不需要p ，你看看如果你的情况都可以match那就不需要， 如果有一个不能match就需要p，另外市面上商业租车可以租到的12座以上的车应该都是有service licence的。

Exceptions

If you’re a volunteer driver, driving for a charity or you’re car pooling you may not need a P endorsement. Check the exceptions.

A passenger endorsement may not be required if all of the following applies:

The vehicle has no more than 12 seats.
The driver is not employed primarily as a driver (ie driving is a minor or incidental part of the driver’s duties).
The driver receives no extra wages or allowances for driving.
The passengers are not paying a fare.
The passengers are not paying an activity levy to cover transport costs.
If you are unsure if your situation complies with all of these requirements, you should seek independent legal advice.

恩  那就行了

车上带的都是家人，下面这3条都适用了

The driver receives no extra wages or allowances for driving.
The passengers are not paying a fare.
The passengers are not paying an activity levy to cover transport costs.

傍晚

貌似没有12座以上的minibus。如果你家人这么多的话直接租bus带司机比较方便。
