Room available suitable for a single person. Ensuite, Queen size bed with your own bathroom fridge and microwave. Security gate and 1 security carpark for tenant.

Ideal flattie: who doesn’t cook much, quiet, regular lifestyle, clean and tidy, non-smoker, pays rent on time, and is okay with children. We are a gay family with two little kids under 7 and 6 (they go to schools).

+ \% b/ o- O6 ~! DIdeal location, 10 min walk, to Puhinui train station (Southern/Eastern lines). Airport link bus every 10 mins to train station (a few mins ride, no extra fee), or a short trip to airport/Manukau. Both SH20 and SH1 are also a few minutes away.

我們家基本溝通全英語，另一半很喜歡跟中國人一起討論(測試)英文檢定考試的題目，雅思成績兩次皆為 聽9 說9 讀9 寫8.5(成績還是9)，絕對不會有一整天講中文的情況
