Senior Purchasing Officer Company: Tai Ping Trading Ltd Tai Ping is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Purchasing professional to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing procurement activities, supplier management, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing strategies to support our operations.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee daily purchasing operations
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments
- Maintain strong supplier relationships and performance standards
- Review contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve cost savings
- Prepare purchasing reports and analysis for management
Requirements: - Proven experience in a senior purchasing or procurement role
- Good understanding of inventory control and supply chain processes
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles
- Proficiency in MS Office and purchasing systems
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
