POP MART is a leading global designer toy brand, loved by collectors and fans worldwide for our creative art toys and blind boxes. At our Queen Street store, we bring fun, creativity, and surprises to every customer who walks through our doors.

We’re now looking for an outgoing and energetic Casual Retail Assistant to join our team.

What you’ll do:
• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly, upbeat way.
• Assist with sales, product displays, and daily store operations.
• Provide patient and attentive service to every customer.
• Bring energy and positivity to the team and our fans.

About the role:
• This is a casual position — no fixed hours, shifts will be notified in advance when needed.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak times is preferred.

What we’re looking for:
• Outgoing, extroverted, and approachable (a true E-personality who loves talking to people).
• Patient, responsible, and reliable, with a strong sense of teamwork.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin is highly preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not essential.
