Title: Project Manager

Salary Range: 120k – 150k/yr (basic salary + project bonus)

Benefits: Company Vehicle & petrol, cell phone

Visa Status: PR, Citizen

Language: Mandarin & English

MAJOR ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

ROLES:

• PM is responsible for the Technical & People development of 3-4 SMs.     
• Management of issues, risks and project change requires to ensure successful and on-time project delivery
• Ability to anticipate unforeseen issues, Identify and mitigate potential risks and delays
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relate to improving project delivery
• Verify that the project produces the required deliverables of quality, within the specified constraints of time and cost and to achieve the potential benefits defined I the project scope.
• Prepare and manage the construction program and methodology , site safety plan, risk management plan etc
• Assist and monitor tender process, budgeting costs, financial performance, financial reports, trade scopes and variations
• Assist site team coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers and site staff
• Ensure the team is complying with all policies and procedures, as implemented, varied or replaced from time to time
• Work load allocation among the team members and monitoring of delivery timeline.
• Technical mentoring & coaching of new, senior intermediate and junior team members
• Oversee and direct construction projects from concept to handover
• Prepare and review internal and external reports (need familiar with Buildertrend)
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, council and other parties
  

EDUCATION

• Degree and above with professional qualification in Construction Management, QS or related.
  

EXPERIENCE

• Senior: At least 5 years of experience in the residential building & construction industry, proven ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
  

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES

• Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills    
• Proved ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• In-depth knowledge of NZS 3604 and NZ residential subdivision and construction process
• Strong in negotiating vendore contracts, drafting and submitting budget proposals and recommending subsequent budget changes
• Able to work under pressure, accountable & responsible

Title: Project Coordinator/QS

Salary Range:80k – 100k/yr (basic salary)

Visa Status: PR, Citizen

Language: Mandarin & English

MAJOR ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

ROLES:

• Proficient in subdivision procedures, including the full process from RC decision to 223, 224 certification, and EACC
  
• Experienced in monitoring the entire subdivision process
  
• Skilled in coordinating with consultants and councils
  
• Capable of collecting compliance certificates and applying such as CCC /EACC
  
• Able to communicate effectively with clients and resolve issues during subdivision phases
  
• Organized in document management and project filing
  

EDUCATION

• Degree and above with professional qualification in Construction Management, QS or related.
  

EXPERIENCE

• Senior: At least 3 years of experience in the residential building & construction industry
  

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES

• Native English speaking and Mandarin  
• Proved ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• In-depth knowledge of NZS 3910
• Strong understand construction Methodology
  
• Able to work under pressure, accountable & responsible
