Founded in 2014, thecompany is a fast-growing cross border supply chain and global logisticscompany based in Auckland. We want a senior management role that oversees allfunctions of an organization's finance and accounting department.

Responsibilities

• Month-end Group financial statements fullyreconciled and consolidated;
• Accurate cashflow reporting and budgeting;
• Proactive analytical reporting on profitability by sales channels, product lines and operation teams;
• Promoting continuous improvement in terms of efficiency and cost reduction;
• Monitoring the debt management and collection process;
• Risk management – ensuring business financial and operational risks have been covered by management plans and/or facilities;
• Ensuring strong communication and appropriate reporting maintained with all stakeholders, including:
• The executive management team and the board;
• Other operation teams within the organization;
• Minor shareholder(s);
• The bankers, auditors and tax advisors –develop good relationship and trust with these external parties.
• Leading a finance team of four, providing coaching and mentoring；
  

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree or above, and at least five years of relevant experience;
• Experience with skills in cost accounting and accounting for foreign currency transactions;
• Experience in mid- sized business where you have been hands-on, yet strategic and commercially astute;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;  Intermediate to advance Excel skill a bonus;
• Adaptable and comfortable with change;
• Tech savvy with the ability to adapt to technically current finance and operating systems;
• Fluent in English & Mandarin or Cantonese.
