About the Internship: This internship is designed to cultivate professional financial sales talent. No prior sales experience is required. We offer comprehensive training in product knowledge and multimedia marketing techniques. Through structured learning and practical experience, you'll develop into a knowledgeable financial advisor with strong communication skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile: Majoring in Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related disciplines (current students and recent graduates are welcome) Strong communication skills and the ability to grasp new concepts quickly A keen interest in financial products and a commitment to continuous learning Potential or willingness to engage in sales activities (note: retail store sales experience is not considered)
Training & Onboarding: Initial training includes:
Flexible Engagement Models: Consistent performance meeting assessment criteria may lead to a position with fixed salary plus performance-based commissions For those preferring a more flexible (part-time) approach, we welcome your participation as well
Compensation Details: Due to platform limitations, we cannot display contractor agreements. However, compensation is calculated on a project basis and exceeds the statutory minimum wage.
