以下是28号晚上四处碰壁后发给council的投诉信, 发信后第二天就有专人来处理了。
Details of your complaint:
1st, Debt was allocated to my profile in a mistake by council staff, I contacted to the number 07 9815623 in November 2024 (my phone number is 0xxxxxxx, you should be able to check the call records)and was told it would be fixed, but the debt was actually forwarded to the Court, I have been chased for the debt from 16 January by the Court.
2nd, I raised job # xxxxxx on 17 Jan 2025, and was told it should be resoved in 5 working days. I did not hear back after 5 working days and contacted call centre and was told the job was assigned to Saxxxna and was given Saxxxna's email address on 24th Jan and emailed Saxxxna for update but got no reply. I received another email from Court on 27th saying the fine is still under my name and next stet would be force to deduct from my income,I forwarded that to Saxxxna on 27th. I phoned Council call centre again on 28th, was told an email has been sent to a team leader. Still waiting for the outcome.
Requested outcome:
It is council 's mistake to mix up my profile with someone else, council should immediately verify my situcation with the Court and withdraw the debt from Court. I have spent so many time to deal with Council and Court, I am looking for an apologize and compensation for the time. The next step for me is to post my experience to NZheral and other major Press, and raise a disputes from the Court against Auckalnd concil for careless conduciton.
