专注民宅新建项目或旧房改造，熟练使用AutoCAD画图，Excel spreadsheet以及Microstran ETABs等建模分析软件。熟悉新西兰本地规范，NZS3604，NZS3603，NZS3101，NZS3404等。

独立完成1~3层独栋及联排别墅设计，平地斜坡各种地形，waffle slab，subfloor，挡墙各种基础形式。

独立完成RFI Reply。

I am a graduate with a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Auckland.
I have four years of experience as a structural engineer, with local work experience in Auckland.
I specialize in new residential projects and home renovations. I am proficient in AutoCAD, Excel spreadsheets, and modeling and analysis software such as Microstran and ETABS. I am familiar with New Zealand local codes, including NZS3604, NZS3603, NZS3101, NZS3404, etc.
I have independently completed the design of 1-3 story standalone houses and townhouses on flat or sloped terrain, including waffle slabs, subfloors, retaining walls, and various foundation types.
I have independently handled RFI replies.
I am looking for potential employers who are interested in collaborating on the BC package.
