Sales Representative Location: Auckland
Employment Type: Full-time About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in the fresh produce industry. This role is responsible for managing an assigned customer portfolio and sales territory, developing new business opportunities, and actively selling new product lines, including groceries, beer, and other complementary products. You will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our product offering. Working HoursReporting ToSales Manager Remuneration & BenefitsKey ResponsibilitiesMarket & Product Sales Development Collect market intelligence, including customer feedback, competitor pricing, and product trends Actively promote and sell new products, including groceries, beer, and other FMCG items Identify customer needs and opportunities to introduce additional product ranges Provide timely market and sales feedback to the Sales Manager
Sales & Order Management Maintain daily communication with customers and conduct weekly order follow-ups Monitor product quality and keep customers informed of availability, pricing, and promotions Place daily sales orders and follow up on product allocation, labelling, logistics, and delivery arrangements Ensure on-time delivery and a high standard of customer service Achieve assigned short-term and mid-term sales targets
Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships Handle customer enquiries and complaints in a professional, timely, and proactive manner
