岗位职责通过电子邮件、电话及面对面方式为客户提供卓越服务 处理销售订单,准备快递标签、发票及退款 与物流/运输公司沟通,协调货物派送 向到店客户介绍产品及机器性能,并提供报价 协助管理层及团队完成各类行政支持工作 维护准确记录,协助物流及库存管理

Our team is small, collaborative, and supportive, offering a great work environment with ongoing training and development to ensure your success. About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive, reliable, and customer-focused Office Administrator to join our team at the Henderson office. This is a full-time role offering a diverse range of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations at our head office and will interact with both internal team members and external customers. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide outstanding customer service via email, phone, and in-person Process sales orders, prepare courier labels, invoices, and credits Communicate with freight/logistics providers to coordinate deliveries Explain products and machines to walk-in customers and prepare quotations Support leadership and team members with general administrative tasks Maintain accurate records and assist with logistics and stock management
Requirements – Must HaveMinimum of 3 years of office administration experience Strong understanding of retail and/or online store operations Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong computer skills with fast and accurate typing Effective time management and multitasking abilities High level of personal responsibility and efficiency Ability to work both independently and in a team Valid NZ driver’s license NZ Residency or valid work visa
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)Experience with Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or Illustrator Familiarity with WooCommerce, GoSweetSpot, MYOB, or Trade Me (training provided) Design or logistics background is a plus Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
