木工
**中工职责与要求：**
- 负责根据设计图纸进行木工制作
- 熟练使用木工工具，如锯、刨、钻等，保证制作质量。
- 具备良好的沟通和团队合作能力，能够与设计师和其他团队成员紧密合作。
- 至少有本地2年以上木工经验，能够独立完成项目。
- 持有新西兰合法签证
小工有经验者优先



Site Manager


Responsibilities:
1：Manage day to day operations on the construction site. Including scheduling, coordinating, and supervising all site activities and resources. Include staff, equipment, and materials.
2: Ensure the project are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with design.
3: Implement company H&S policy. Maintain a safe work environment with relevant regulations and standards.
4: Conduct regular site inspections and audits to assess work quality, Identify potential issue, and implement corrective measures as needed.

5: Coordinate council inspection schedules, manage subcontractor relationships, and liaise with designers to resolve on-site issues.

Requirements:

1. Valid work visa and driver’s license
2. Willingness to learn and strong sense of responsibility.
3. Some experience with residential or commercial projects, carpentry background preferred.
4. Fluent English in oral and writing.
