大家也可以去BRANZ去看看，有银子的话可以买一些书来看。3D和cavity是基本，然后是flash 和wrap的位置和重叠，RAB,rigid area barrier  ？ 木头的防腐等级也要跟上  H3.2 ？。 建筑设计越简单越好，排水的路径越短越好。

还记得这边最大的一家建筑设计公司被告，在NZ herald上过头条，公司首席建筑师说新西兰的90%的建筑师都被人告过设计房屋中漏水的缺陷。  

顶楼主，是否可以上传一些现场木头腐烂的图片给大家过过目。

有经验的builder会在图纸细节处给建筑师提醒。

Weatherboard的抗震性能高？您指的是哪种weatherboard?

Crazy , who said that Weatherboard的抗震性能高?  
cladding can not be used as a bracing element for house to resist earthquake. seismic bracing needs to be supplied by linning such as GIP product.

brick veneer just another type of wall cladding which can not be used as bracing as well. normally it is 70 or 90mm thick and  tied back with a steel wire to the timber frame in the old house.

NZ3604 can tell you a lot.
