Making a turn over a no-passing line

You can cross over the solid yellow no-passing line (if it is safe to do so) when making a turn to enter a driveway or side road.

However, bear in mind that no-passing lines are often marked where visibility is limited, so special care is required. It may be safer to turn further along the road, where visibility is better. See Passing for more information about no-passing lines.

B)  她沿着黄线左边停下，挡住后车路线等待转入，这对吗？---我觉得有问题，应该她先靠马路左边停下，等待机会再转右；

Yes you are correct. I would do the same if I were her.

C)  去年冬天，就在这条路上发生一起车祸，整条路都封了，状况只是有一点变化，当时发生车祸的地方中间是虚线, 也是一车（march Nissan）突然停下右转至一户人家，后面跟随的车（kiwi工程人员开的皮卡）没有预料到，在情急之下开到了对面车道，与对面车辆（丰田大霸王德国一家4口）面对面相撞，还好当时在限速80的路上。。
这辆March车主做得对吗？

I am pretty sure there are a lot of careful drivers like I.

I know this stretch of road from OP. the speed limit should really be 70. a lot of houses there along both side of the road.

Council has a plan to extend the Ormiston road and by pass Whitford Village to Maraetai. but this has been put on hold due to the rail project.

when I drive I always assume others cant fken drive lol

I have not been in any accident or near miss for over 16 years and I drive 20,000-30,000 km a year, I even rode 60km of bicycle to work everyday (south to central) for 2 years...  touchwood!!!!

I have witnessed many accidents tho, I have to say, if you follow the rules, pay attention to the road condition and others and concentrate on your driving, it is very difficult to be involved in any accidents.

I know this scenario you've described. on my way to work I have to drive 5 stretches of road like this. people cutting in and out, its outrageous.

I always have those people driving into my lane cos they think their lane is too crowded. This is very common in AKL with the congested traffic and agitated drivers wanting to get to home/work

so I anticipate them to come into my lane without indicating or moving their head to see if there are cars, my foot is on the brake ready to press in these scenario.

I have to do this on a bicycle anyway.

The reason I am so careful nowadays is because I had a crash when I was 19, I fell asleep on the motorway. crashed to the car at front of me.
