You personally will need one day trainning course for Basic Food Safety Certificate. $350??? around I can not remember. Then you need pay stall fee according to the night market. and all those ingredient. It's not as worth as you think. After all those cost. You only make little bit money according to my view. Because you don't have a business and where you can prepare your ingredients? You will need a registed commercail kitchen to prepare the food you sale and you can not do it at home kitchen which is illegal. You will need at least 2 persons. And clean and move away everything after you finished. It's time consumming and hard labour.
