我英文不好,很好奇高潮就只能翻译成性高潮吗?不能是high tide的意思吗? ...

ORGASM ------> 性高潮
That is what they translated for the parliament select committee.

高潮来了 ------------> can mean "the highlight of the matter is". Using Chinese language in a more playful and youthful way is to invite some humour, so people use "高潮来了" to draw some attention on the message that is to share.

haha...... this has been translated as the story that will help you to reach orgasm.

那请问应该怎么翻译 "老皮"

The translated as "old Fart" ---------> 老屁      (that is not right, right? we don't normally write like that?)
Wait till you see they translate " Faafoi"

People translate and interprete things without cultural context and understanding of another culture is always dangerous...... haha.... I think this is translated by Kiwi who teach Chinese in some university.

"a wise old Chinese saying that a man sits at the open window with his mouth open for a very long time before a roast duck flies in," -------------> in Chinese, even though you do nothing, you still get gunned down (lied down also get gunned down).

Roast duck in this context is more appropriate in Chinatown setting - that is,  if you open your window and your mouth is open at Chinatown, there is a high chance that you might get hit with a roast duck on your mouth.

Just like a saying  "don't open your mouth in a fry infected eatery, the fry might fly into your mouth"

It is a form of sarcasm directing on a pool of badly behaved groups and their remarks.
