Go to Istore, get certified confirmation that the phone has been repaired.
Go to NL say i want to complaint to Manager.
Ask Manager:
- if you only take report from Apple why did you send me to istore?
- are you only giving me a hard time because istore found you sold me something that has been repaired?
- here I have proff that it has been repaired, why did you sell me second hand good?
- prove to me that you hasn't sell me second hand good and have it fixed for me, otherwise I want to complaint to Area manager/head office. |
