退房清洁费问题（至少400块）（已经回答）

我们是住在 2 white st ，bianco off queen 的住户。我们现在遇到的问题是，我们准备在租 房合同到期的时候，不续约了。但是我们被要求至少400块的清洁费。主要是这个清洁费并没有在我们搬进来的时候和我们提到过，合同上也没有注明。而且我们也不被允许自己找人来做清洁。房子我们住了只有三个月，搬进来的时候也没有感觉房子打扫的有多专业。所以觉得这个清洁费有点不太合理。请给予专业意见，谢谢。另附合约中涉及清洁费的细则如下：

Dry cleaning+Carpet Shampooing:

All tenats at the end of their tenancy will be required to have their bed linen dry cleaned professionally. This can either be arranged by the landlord or the tenant at the tenants cost. Carpet shampooing will be required by the landlord for the tenant's apartment if the landlord deems the room requiring this service. This cost will be borne by tenant.
