Today I went to Langham hotel for a traditional afternoon tea with a friend, it was impressed.
It serves daily in The Winery at Langham hotel from 12 noon to 4.30 pm. Enjoy a fabulous three-tiered platter of sandwiches, scones, cakes and delicacies served with a range of exotic teas and fine coffees.
Reservations are recommended,but not necessary. It costs NZ$28 per person.
We had a great time there, I think $28 per person is a bit expensive. However, it's hardly to find some place like this in Auckland to enjoy a traditional afternoon tea.

Firstly, starts from the bottom tier. Oh my gosh!! the scones are so nice, soft and tasty!! Jam, butter and fresh cream are provided. ( this is my favorite tier !! )
Secondly, starts from the middle tier, tiny sandwishes!! the smoked salmon rolls are tasty. Yummy~~
Finally, the top tier - cakes!! (oh gosh, I almost full at this stage )
