Senior Purchasing Officer

Company: Tai Ping Trading Ltd

Tai Ping is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Purchasing professional to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing procurement activities, supplier management, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing strategies to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily purchasing operations
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments
Maintain strong supplier relationships and performance standards
Review contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve cost savings
Prepare purchasing reports and analysis for management

Requirements:

Proven experience in a senior purchasing or procurement role
Good understanding of inventory control and supply chain processes
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of supply chain management principles
Proficiency in MS Office and purchasing systems
Ability to work independently and under pressure
