Job description

Job Title: Site Manager / Administrative Assistant

Role Overview

We are seeking an adaptable and capable assistant to join our team. We welcome high-performing recent graduates (Bachelor’s or Master’s) who are ready to launch their careers in the construction industry.

Key Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

Background: Majors in Structural/Civil Engineering, Architecture or Construction management are preferred.

Languages: must be fluent in both English and Chinese.

Driving: Must hold a valid full driver’s license. Has the ability to tow a trailer is preferred.

Personal Attributes

Adaptable: A flexible mindset with the ability to solve problems on the go.

Efficient: Quick to act and results-oriented.

Resilient: Hardworking and willing to handle the demands of a construction site environment.
