We are a well-known after-school education provider.

We are currently looking for an Office Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

Data entry
Email correspondence
Basic accounting
Reception duties
Communication with teachers, parents and students

Key Skills and Attributes we are looking for include:

High ability in both English and Mandarin.
Have good computer skills.
Must have a current New Zealand full driving license and own transportation.
Have a pleasant and patient telephone manner
Have a great personality, friendly and honest
Have a ‘can –do‘ attitude and be able to work under pressure
Have a flexible schedule (evening and weekend work will be required).

Working hours are varied and can be discussed.
