We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and bilingual (English & Chinese) Administrator to provide daily office support and assist the Director with business operations. The role also includes basic accounting and finance tasks, so accuracy, reliability, and confidentiality are essential.
Provide administrative and executive support to the Director.
Handle basic financial tasks, including invoice processing, expense tracking, and data entry.
Prepare reports, correspondence, and other documentation.
Maintain filing systems.
Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and service providers in both English and Chinese.
Valid New Zealand Full Driver Licence (Class 1).
Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written).
Good understanding of basic accounting or bookkeeping principles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking skills.
Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and attention to detail.
Previous experience in administration or finance support preferred.
