Job Vacancy: Telesales Representative / Telesales Supervisor

Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written)

• Enthusiastic, positive, and good at building rapport with customers

• Able to work under pressure and meet daily targets

• Previous telesales or team management experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Make at least 70 outbound calls per day to invite and engage potential customers

• Introduce company products and services, follow up with leads, and support sales conversion

• (For Supervisor role) Lead and manage the telesales team, set goals, and monitor performance

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary + attractive performance bonuses + team incentives

Location: 395 church street, penrose, Auckland

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
