Position: Exhibition Assistant
Working Dates: 24–25 August 2025 (2 days)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM daily
Location: Auckland
Hourly Rate: NZD $40
Welcome and assist visitors at the exhibition booth, providing professional reception and guidance
Introduce the company’s products and services to clients
Answer customer inquiries and record their requirements
Assist with other daily tasks at the exhibition and work closely with the team
Excellent spoken English, able to communicate naturally with Kiwi clients
Proactive personality, strong communication and relationship-building skills
Prior experience in public relations, sales, exhibitions, or international trade is preferred
Professional appearance and good personal presentation
Strong teamwork spirit and ability to execute tasks effectively
Note: This position will be offered under a formal fixed-term contract. Salary will be paid through bank transfer with proper tax reporting. Outstanding performance will be rewarded with additional bonuses.
