驻中国商务采购代表（China-based Procurement Representative）
岗位职责：代表公司常驻中国，负责与中国地区建材厂商、供应商进行沟通与合作
负责建材类产品的市场调研、询价、比价、筛选优质供应商
跟进订单执行、品质检验、出口安排及物流协调
监督装柜发货流程，确保货物准时出口至新西兰
撰写采购与发运报告，定期向新西兰总部汇报工作
协助处理跨境采购中涉及的税务、单据及认证流程
必须为新西兰永久居民或公民（具有合法税务身份）
10年以上工作经验，有建筑材料或工程类采购背景者优先
熟悉中国制造业及供应链体系，具备良好谈判与沟通能力
能适应长期外派中国，工作地点可根据业务安排灵活调整
中文流利，能独立完成中英双语文件与商务沟通
必须在新西兰拥有有效银行账户并可报税，公司按新西兰本地雇佣制度发薪
稳定的新西兰本地雇佣合同与薪资待遇

ICON BUILDING is a fast-growing construction company based in Auckland, New Zealand. Our core business covers commercial and residential building, curtain wall and window installations, landscaping, and painting. As we expand our material sourcing operations, we are seeking an experienced Procurement Representative based in China to manage supplier relationships and coordinate the export of building materials to New Zealand.
Act as ICON BUILDING’s representative in China, managing direct relationships with local building material suppliers and factories
Conduct supplier research, price comparisons, and quality assessments
Negotiate and place purchase orders based on New Zealand project requirements
Oversee production timelines, quality inspections, container loading, and shipping logistics
Prepare regular procurement and shipping reports for the NZ head office
Ensure all export documentation and compliance requirements are met
Serve as the key contact for end-to-end material sourcing and delivery to New Zealand
Must be a New Zealand permanent resident or citizen
Minimum 10 years of professional work experience, preferably in construction, procurement, or supply chain
Strong knowledge of the Chinese manufacturing and export environment
Fluent in both English and Mandarin (verbal and written)
Willingness to be permanently based in China
Must have a New Zealand bank account and ability to be employed and taxed under NZ law
Excellent communication, negotiation, and independent problem-solving skills
Full-time NZ-based employment contract with regular salary paid in NZD
Travel and accommodation allowances while based in China
A stable and long-term role with a reputable NZ construction company
