负责项目施工现场的日常管理与协调工作
安排并监督施工团队、分包商及材料供应商
管控施工进度、质量、安全与成本，确保项目按时按质完成
解读和执行设计图纸与施工规范
组织现场会议，向项目经理汇报项目状态，及时处理施工中遇到的问题
严格执行健康与安全法规，维护良好的施工环境
保持施工记录、交付文件及现场资料的完整与准确
有担任 Site Manager 或 Foreman 的实际经验，熟悉新西兰建筑行业
熟悉新西兰建筑规范及施工流程
能看懂施工图纸，具备较强的现场协调与管理能力
良好的沟通能力与组织能力，能独立解决问题
英语流利，会中文（普通话）者优先考虑
持有效新西兰驾照
需为新西兰居民或持有效工作签证者

ICON BUILDING is a fast-growing construction company based in Auckland, New Zealand. We specialise in commercial and residential projects, including timber construction, curtain wall and window installation, landscaping, and painting works. As we expand, we are looking for a highly organised and experienced Site Manager to join our leadership team and oversee daily operations on site.
Manage and supervise day-to-day on-site construction activities
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure project milestones are met
Monitor work progress, safety compliance, and quality standards
Interpret and implement plans, specifications, and project documentation
Lead site meetings, report project status to the Project Manager, and resolve any site issues
Maintain a safe and efficient work environment following Health & Safety regulations
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
Proven experience as a Site Manager or Foreman in the New Zealand construction industry
Strong understanding of NZ Building Code and construction processes
Ability to read construction drawings and manage site documentation
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
Strong communication and problem-solving ability
Fluent in English (Mandarin a plus)
Valid NZ driver’s licence
NZ residency or valid work visa required
