We have a granny flat consisting of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 lounge/dining available to rent. Plenty of street parking in a secure and quiet street. - g: F7 {) U& m

Single person $360 pw + utilities Couple $420 pw + utilities.

You have the option of your own kitchen or a shared kitchen between one or two other flat mates in the main house. Ideal for someone who does simple cooking or does not cook often. You will need your own kitchenware as it is easier to look after your own things. Fridge, microwave and kettle is provided. 6 w$ [! C: J6 e& L. z, A

Internet, water, gas and electricity is split as fairly as possible each month. It works out around $25 per week in warmer months and up to $35 per week in the colder months depending on your heater usage.

0 \  {1 Z( M0 K- T0 n( M% [Walking distance to Ormiston Town Centre, bus stops, schools and parks. Very close to Manukau, East Tamaki, Botany and motorway.

0 Y( b* B, U" p  E5 UThe flat mates in the main house are in their 20s and 30s which you will not see often. They are all very clean and tidy and quiet.
