We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused professional who thrives on building connections and is ready for their next challenge.

Key Responsibilities

Process wholesale orders via our B2B online portal, phone, and email
Manage our online ordering system and ensure seamless transactions
Generate invoices for completed orders
Handle credit notes and customer inquiries with efficiency and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

Fluent in English and Mandarin (Chinese)
A passion for providing outstanding customer service
A team player with a keen eye for detail and a process-oriented mindset
Someone who takes ownership and responsibility in their work
A reliable self-starter with strong communication skills
Friendly, enthusiastic, and adaptable to changing needs
Proficient in MS Excel and comfortable with technology

Employment Details

Location: Otahuhu, Auckland
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Fixed-term for 12 months, with a strong possibility of becoming a full-time position depending on future business needs and opportunities that align with your skills.
