Job Overview:

We are looking for adetail-oriented Office A & Production Assistant withknowledge of aluminium joinery, profiles, and components (Training Provided). This role requiresstrong organizational skills, administrative expertise, excellent in both Mandarin and English, and an understanding ofaluminium fabrication processes. You will support both office operations andproduction coordination to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.

KeyResponsibilities:

OfficeAssisst:

Handle daily office tasks, including answering calls, emails, and processing orders.
Maintain records, invoices, and documentation for projects, suppliers, and clients.
Order office and production supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and correspondence for management and production teams.
Handle HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining staff records.
Prepare quotes

ProductionAssistance:

Assist in tracking job progress and updating project timelines.
Read and interpret aluminium joinery drawings, specifications, and cut lists.
Work with the production team to ensure accurate fabrication of aluminium windows, doors, and other joinery.
Liaise with suppliers to order aluminium profiles, hardware, and other components.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of different aluminium profile systems, glass types, and associated hardware.
Conduct quality control checks on aluminium frames and components before dispatch.
Support the team in troubleshooting production or material-related issues.
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.

Skills &Experience Required:

Previous experience in an administrative role.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and job specifications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and business software.
Strong communication skills to liaise with clients, suppliers, and production teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent in both Mandarin and English
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
