如果你：

-具有 3年以上工作经验的建筑专业毕业生

-能够独立完成 Resource Consent

-在 Terrace house, residential/ state housing中具有较强的独立设计能力

-具有住宅公寓的团队经验

-必须掌握 Revit

-必须对unitary plan 有很好的理解

-具有良好的建筑法规知识。 （具有建筑施工技能者优先）

-具有努力工作和良好的时间管理

-具有较强的理解能力和沟通能力

We are lookingfor:

- Architecturalgraduate with 3+ years working experience

- Strongindependent design skill in Terrace house, residential/ state housing.

- Team experiencein residential apartment.

- Good EYE for design and attention to Details.

- Must be a Revituser

- Must with goodunderstanding of unitary plan.

- Good knowledgeof building code. (Building consent skill preferred)

- Hard workingand good time management, can work under high pressure

- Strongcomprehension capacity and communication ability

LBP will beadvantageous
