We are looking for a quality bookkeeper to join our team, and work with our accountancy partners. A decent portion of our workload is kiwi customers, and the local market, so the ability to communicate and articulate with them is vital to the success of this role.
Position Requirements -
1. Able to speak Chinese and English
2. You must be solution focused.
3. Minimum 3yrs Xero experience
4. Confident and able to prepare and produce precise financial reports.
5. General accounting and bookkeeping functions, data entry etc
6. Payroll, GST, PAYE, incomes tax
7. Invoicing out to customers on a weekly basis
8. Actively monitor and chase aged receivables.
9. Maintain Xero to a high level.
10. Honest and reliable
11. Other administrative duties as required
