新房不是有十年包修，可能这个不是builder 的问题，是地基的问题

是不是builder已经赔过钱了，卖家拿了几十万的trade的保险，所以直接放盘给下家了

好像这样也不合理。因为卖家要是有房屋保险，他拿到赔偿必须修房子才对啊。除非没有贷款？！
