f you're selected for one of our surveys, you will receive a letter in the post to let you know. A survey interviewer will then come to your home to arrange a time to interview you.
The interviewer will show their identification card when they arrive. They will have your address, but not your name, phone number, or other contact information.
Most individual and household surveys are completed at your home with one of our interviewers. Follow-up interviews for some surveys are done by phone.
We keep our interviews and forms as short and simple as possible.
