We are seeking an experienced Residential Site Manager to join our team !!!
Key Responsibilities:

Lead by example and maintain high professional standards.
Report directly to the Director and Project Manager.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve individual and team performance for the benefit of the business.
Communicate effectively with clients and client teams in both English and Chinese.
Coordinate material orders with the QS at head office.
Assess job scope before the team arrives on-site and make necessary adjustments in consultation with the Supervisor/Engineer.
Participate in daily briefings and ensure clear communication within the team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including:
- Site diary
- Weekly reports
- Time records for hourly-paid employees
- Material and equipment logs
- RFIs

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in residential projects.
Experience in foundation trades and civil commercial subdivision projects is advantageous.
Applicant must be PR/Citizen.
