Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Residential Property Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting routine inspections of rental properties, identifying maintenance issues, and preparing inspection reports. This role is perfect for individuals looking for flexible, part-time work in the property management industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular inspections of residential rental properties.
Assess the condition of properties and identify any maintenance or repair needs.
Ensure compliance with tenancy agreements and rental property standards.
Take photos and document findings in detailed inspection reports.
Communicate inspection results to property managers and landlords.

Requirements:

full driver licence.
NZ residency or legal visa holder

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
Proficiency in using mobile apps or software for inspection reporting (training will be provided).
