Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and sustain solid relationships with existing and new dealers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, product recommendations, and after-sales support.
- Conduct research on potential prospects about their needs in order to provide customized business proposal
- Create presentation materials for meetings and present technical and commercial proposals to customers
- Provide technical advice and support to clients, ensuring they understand the product benefits, installation, and maintenance procedures.
- Aggressively meet sales target and able to generate more sales
- Track and report on sales activities, including leads, closed deals, customer feedback, and market intelligence.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of B2B Sales working experience
- Mechanical knowledge or experience in lubrication technology/Bearings or related fields is a strong advantage.
- Able to handle both sales activities and sales documentation
- Mandarin speaker will be added advantage due to business nature.
