-An office-based Customer Service professional to provide the highest level of customer service, offering assistance and guidance on company products and services.
-Providing first line rapid response to telephone enquiries
-Communicating technical information to clients via email and by phone
-Processing customer orders, supporting the sales activities by
checking prices, preparing quotes and proposals;invoices and others such as administrative tasks
-Maintaining and updating systems and databases
Requirements:
-Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills with a flair for multitasking (IELTS 7.0 Speaking)
