Are you currently studying IT and looking to take your first step in gaining experience in the marketplace? Then, this is a good opportunity for you to step into IT environment.
Must have Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal,organisational, and presentation skill. The ideal candidates will be intensely customer oriented with an excellent telephone manner - 2 / 3 years Internet and computer experience would be advantageous.

    Required Skills:
  

• Relevant IT qualification
• Hands on experience in computer, operating systems and network installation and maintenance
• Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a variety of customer situations
• Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written in English
• Korean, Chinese speaker would be advantageous.
• Strong call control/call management and follow-through skills
• Resourcefulness, flexibility, sense of urgency, active and positive can-do attitude
• Must have a valid visa to work in NZ
