工作内容是:通过电话与客户打交道，开拓新市场，与销售团队一起制定市场策略等。
日常工作主要包括:作为客户经理，为现有客户打电话，接听客户电话，整理客户问题，通过与销售和管理人员撰写会议报告给经理。

Looking for:

An experienced Customer Service
English and Chinese Speaker

The job is to:

deal with customers by phone
explore new market
work out a market strategy with the sales team, etc

The daily tasks mainly include:

working as account managers for current customers
ringing new customers for sale
answering customers' phone calls and sorting out their issues
reporting to the manager by writing
meeting with sales and management
