现招聘以下职位：

Quantity Surveyor / Estimator ( Construction)

· Location – Epsom, Auckland

· Full Time - Monday to Friday 9:00AM – 17:00PM

· $80,000 - $85,000 per year

Key responsibilities:

Review and negotiation of subcontract terms
Sub-contractor agreements & management
Variations & budget preparation
Tender analysis
Proven experience in quantity surveying, including cost estimation and pricing.
Strong communication and client management skills.
Contracts management
Cost control and reporting
Liaise with subcontractors, project managers, clients
Analysis of tenders, prepare recommendation for approval
Review work procedures before work commences (compliance)
Establish and maintain project control registers
Proposal preparation, job delivery, work planning and financial management tasks
Prepare cost planning, procurement and post contract

To be successful you will have:

Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, with a proven track record of delivering cost benefits
Bachelor degree or relevant qualification
Strong Documentation handling skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Review RC, Pre- BC Plan by yourself
Relevant qualifications
Develop Project specifications
Strong relationship building skills and ability to work closely with key subcontractors and suppliers.
Highly motivated with the ability to work autonomously but values being part of a team
Outstanding communication skills and attention to details.
