Scope of position |
To undertake a range of administration support for Sales Consultants (SC) and Divisional Manager (DM) |

Support | ||
Order Management: | Raise pending sales and place orders with suppliers for SC maintaining precision and timeliness. | Accuracy and timeliness of orders. |
Ensure all customer orders are placed accurately & on time. Follow up with customers & coordinate deliveries to ensure delivery in full on time in specification. | DM feedback | |
Ensure all Purchase orders are placed with suppliers accurately & are delivery details are kept up to date. | DM feedback | |
Coordinate logistics with suppliers, customers & SC to ensure smooth deliveries | DM feedback | |
Ensure customer invoices are loaded within agreed timeframes | DM feedback | |
Ensure non-credit account customers have paid before product order and delivery. | DM feedback | |
Ensure all credit accounts have appropriate and active insurance levels before transacting with the customer. | BHL Finance Manager feedback | |
Project Tracking: | Maintain accurate project tracking records for SC fostering transparency and timeliness. | Clear visibility of projects. |
Service Request Coordination: | Efficiently handle service requests, ensuring prompt action and resolution. | Prompt handing of service requests. |
Quote Preparation: | Prepare quotes for SC with a strong emphasis on accuracy and timely delivery. | Accuracy of quotes. |
Ensure quotes are entered into company CRM & presented in CRM template. | DM feedback | |
Quotes are prepared within agreed timeframes | Review CRM | |
Tender Proposals: | Collaborate with SC to ensure all tender proposals are completed within established timelines | Deadlines met. |
Price Lists | Update internal and customer price lists. | All pricing accurate and current. |
CRM Maintenance: | Along with the sales team, ensure the CRM pricing and product information is consistently accurate. | CRM current and up to date. |
BCI Leads | Identify leads for SC to contact | New business opportunities identified. |
Daily Banking Reports | Run daily banking report & release orders as required | DM feedback |
Carry out related activities as directed by manager: | Ensure that activities as directed by manager are carried out to agreed timeframes | DM feedback |
Personal Presentation | ||
