Hey everyone! We are looking for two flatmates to join us in our Newly Built House in Conifer Grove, Takanini.

I have 2 x Full Sized unfurnished Bedrooms (can be furnished upon request) available from 27 August . Rooms have full size Wardrobe and one bathroom will be shared among both rooms.

For a single room the rent is $250, that includes power, internet and water. - Z; N5 I+ N7 ^5 b! ]  q( O

The room comfortably fits a Queen bed, desk, chest of drawers, and has a huge open wardrobe! It has large windows and gets plenty of sun .

! _+ ]( p# c6 _$ o! S3 }' rThe house is located near to mortar way entrance and Less than 1Km to train station and 5 minutes walk from Bus station Easy bus route are nearby. Has ample parking since located at a dead-end.
