Job Description:
- Assist in processing emails (answering, redirecting and extract information), updating calendars and setting reminders
- Assist in preparing meeting materials, writing emails, reports, meeting minutes
- Set up project files, prepare quotes, contracts and agreements;
- Follow through and regularly update the project register, actively facilitate internal and external communications, problem solving;
- Process and allocate files received, retrieve correct files at request;
Your requirements:
- You must be articulate, both verbally and in written English. You must be able to comprehend and process basic information;
- You must be familiar with Microsoft office;
- You are reliable, trustworthy and pay attention to details;
- You must be able think in the big picture, plan ahead and be able to coordinate different stakeholders needs；
- Preferred experience - PA, construction and engineering
Our requirements after training period:
A) We will not ask you to work outside of work, but because all of our projects will be ongoing we need you to have a reasonably good memory of what you did at work yesterday;
B) English, English, English; all our mails will be in English and it is mandatory that you can understand and speak English;
C) Be able to work without supervision, independently think in a logical manner, ask smart questions and have the drive to optimize processes. We will teach you the basics and our needs, you are responsible for making sure it happens as efficiently as possible;
D) Legally able to work and genuinely want to work - not for the light hearted procrastinators;
